(1) Air volume: determined by the air volume required by the system;

Precautions for fan installation




1. Determine the rationality of the installation position and select the correct installation size.

2. All bolt holes on the air duct support shall be drilled, and gas welding is not allowed.

3. On the basis of correctly fixing the fan, the vibration of the fan will be increased due to the pollution during the rotation of the fan, so it is necessary to use bolts of appropriate size to fix the fan on the basis of planning to fix the fan.

4. When installing the shockproof pad, the shockproof pad shall be installed on the fan first, and then the position of the bolt hole shall be drawn on this basis, so as to prevent the rubber of the shockproof pad from being forced and twisted.

5. After the fan is fixed, the anchor bolt hole of secondary grouting is required. Pea stone concrete should be used for secondary grouting, and cement mortar should not be used to pour holes.

1. The fan shall be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor place to prevent the motor from getting damp; the fan stored in the open air shall be provided with protective measures to prevent rainwater and other sundries from entering the fan.

2. For fans that have been stored for a long time, the rotating parts of the fans shall be derusted every month and coated with antirust oil to prevent rusting.

3. The fan blades shall be cleaned regularly to extend the service life of the fan.

4. Before starting the fan, make sure that the ventilation device at the inlet and outlet of the ventilation system is in the open state, so as to avoid the fan motor being burned due to the long-term back pressure.

5. In case of abnormal sound, serious heating of motor, electrified shell, tripping of switch, etc. during the operation of the fan, the fan shall be shut down immediately for inspection. Restart the machine after confirming that there is no error.

6. The use environment of the fan should always be kept clean, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, the inlet and outlet of the ventilation system should be free of sundries, and the dust and other sundries in the fan and the pipeline should be removed regularly. If there is an air filter, it should be cleaned regularly.

7. According to the use environment and the actual situation, supplement or replace the wet wheel grease for the bearing irregularly.
