I. service tenet

In order to ensure the normal operation of the fan, extend the service life of the fan and its components, and improve the service efficiency of the fan equipment. And timely find out the fan fault, eliminate the hidden danger of safety, reduce or avoid the occurrence of large fan fault, especially launch the annual guarantee service of fan.


II. Scope of application

Applicable to fans produced by Zhejiang Keris Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd


Ⅲ. Responsibilities

1. Monitor the operation of fans in the plant at any time, and deal with problems in time

2. More than 5 times a year to the site for comprehensive maintenance and inspection of the fan;

3. Keep the service hotline open 24 hours, service hotline: 15805794643;

4. Arrive at the scene within 8 hours in Zhejiang Province and 24 hours in other areas after receiving the notice.


IV. maintenance content

1. Adjustment of belt tightness of fan;

2. Add lubricating oil to all transmission parts and change the engine oil;

3. Maintain the motor, detect the winding resistance and insulation resistance of the motor, fasten the power line terminal, and check the motor wiring;

4. Internal inspection of fan, cleaning of impeller dust and dirt;

5. Inspection of fasteners at all parts;

6. Fan air volume, air pressure and temperature detection;

7. On site precision calibration and balance;

8. Touch up paint for metal series anti-corrosion machine, FRP and PP series iron frame;

9. The annual warranty period is 12 months. During the annual warranty period, the parts of the fan shall be replaced, only the material fee shall be charged, and no labor fee and vehicle travel fee shall be charged.
